Terms of Service

Effective July 13, 2026

These terms govern your use of the Zfit iPhone app and zwayfitness.com (together, the "Service"), operated by Zway Fitness ("we"). By using the Service you agree to them.

Zfit is not medical advice. The app provides fitness information — training programs, recovery estimates, nutrition targets — generated by software. It is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Consult a physician before starting any exercise or nutrition program, and stop and seek help if you feel pain, dizziness, or distress. You train at your own risk.

Using Zfit

Beta software

Zfit is currently in beta testing. Features may change, break, or be removed, and data created during the beta may not survive to release.

Subscriptions

Your content

Programs and workouts you create are yours. If you share a program (as a share code or, later, in-app), you're granting recipients the right to use it and you confirm it contains nothing unlawful. We may remove shared content that breaks these terms.

Health data

Apple Health integration is governed by your iOS permissions and our Privacy Policy. We never use Health data for advertising.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Recovery scores, load recommendations, and nutrition estimates are informational estimates, not guarantees. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

Termination

You can stop using the Service at any time (Settings → Delete Account removes your on-device data). We may suspend access for breach of these terms.

Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be posted here with a new effective date. Continuing to use the Service after changes means you accept them.
